Our lakeside lifestyle and short commute times to Uptown Charlotte have combined to drive a population boom in the north Mecklenburg County communities of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson since the mid-1990s.
During this period, local officials have worked closely with the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and the NC Department of Transportation to extend utility services and improve roadways and Interstate access. These efforts paved the way for significant residential growth.
